We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing prompt and courteous service, taking orders accurately, and delivering food and beverages efficiently.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
– Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
– Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions
– Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
– Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
– Monitor tables and attend to guests’ needs throughout their meal
– Clear and reset tables between seatings
– Handle customer complaints or requests with grace and professionalism
– Process payments and issue receipts
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
– Follow health and safety regulations at all times

🧠 Skills & Qualifications
– Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Basic math skills for handling payments
– Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
– Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
– Positive attitude and team spirit
