Position Summary:

Responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, ensuring inventory accuracy, and supporting supply chain efficiency. This role plays a critical part in minimizing stock discrepancies, improving warehouse operations, and aligning inventory practices with financial and operational goals.

– Inventory Accuracy
– Monitor and reconcile stock levels across warehouses or locations
– Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits
– Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
– Stock Optimization
– Forecast inventory needs based on demand patterns and historical data
– Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to prevent overstocking or stockouts
– System Management
– Maintain inventory records in ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365)
– Implement and refine inventory control procedures and best practices
– Logistics Coordination
– Oversee inbound and outbound inventory movements
– Ensure proper labeling, storage, and documentation of goods
– Reporting & Compliance
– Generate inventory reports for management and finance teams
– Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards

🎓 Qualifications & Skills
