Responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance across the organization. This role ensures the integrity of financial data, supports strategic decision-making, and maintains adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls.

📌 Key Responsibilities
– Financial Reporting & Analysis
– Prepare and consolidate financial statements (income, balance sheet, cash flow)
– Analyze financial data to support business decisions and risk assessments
– Monitor and report on budget variances and cost allocations
– Compliance & Controls
– Ensure adherence to GAAP, IFRS, and local regulatory requirements
– Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation
– Maintain internal controls and recommend improvements
– Budgeting & Forecasting
– Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts
– Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with operational goals
– Track expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities
– Taxation & Regulatory Filings
– Prepare and file corporate tax returns and statutory reports
– Liaise with tax advisors and regulatory bodies
– Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards
– General Ledger & Reconciliations
– Oversee account reconciliations and journal entries
– Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
– Maintain accuracy of the general ledger and sub-ledgers

🎓 Qualifications & Skills
