The Architectural Designer & Renderer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality visual representations of building interiors and exteriors. This role blends architectural creativity with technical rendering expertise to support client presentations, design development, and project approvals.
📝 Key Responsibilities
– Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.
– Create realistic 2D and 3D renderings of interior and exterior spaces using advanced visualization software.
– Collaborate with clients, engineers, and design teams to refine architectural proposals.
– Apply textures, lighting, and environmental effects to enhance visual realism.
– Produce virtual walkthroughs, animations, and presentation boards for stakeholder review.
– Revise renderings based on feedback and ensure alignment with project specifications.
– Maintain a library of materials, textures, and rendering assets.
– Stay updated with industry trends, software advancements, and visualization techniques.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
