The Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, monitoring, and optimizing project schedules using Primavera P6 and other planning tools. This role ensures that projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with contractual timelines and quality standards.

๐Ÿ“ Key Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource plans.
– Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align planning outputs with project objectives.
– Monitor project progress, identify delays, and recommend recovery strategies.
– Conduct critical path analysis and update schedules based on actual site conditions.
– Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
– Support cost estimation and resource allocation planning.
– Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety regulations, and planning standards.
– Participate in project meetings and provide technical planning input.

| Requirement | Description |
| Education | Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field |
| Experience | Minimum 5โ€“10 years in project planning and scheduling |
| Tools | Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel |
| Skills | Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination capabilities |
| Certifications | PMP, PSP, or equivalent (preferred) |
